Varauksen muuttaminen tai peruminen
Mikäli sinun pitää muuttaa tai perua varauksesi, tulee se vähintään 24 tuntia ennen pelin alkua (jos pelejä varattu vain yksi). 2-4 pelin varauksissa peruutus tulee tehdä vähintään 7 vrk ennen ja 5-7 pelin varauksessa väh. 14 vrk ennen pelejä.
Myöhässä tehdystä peruutuksesta tai paikalle saapumatta jättämisestä varaamme oikeuden veloittaa 100€/peli.
Yhteen pakohuoneeseen mahtuu 2-6 hlöä (Terminal X 2-10 hlö). Jos pelaajamäärä muuttuu ja olette varanneet vain yhden pelin, ei muutoksesta tarvitse ilmoittaa meille erikseen.
Sääntöjen rikkominen
Pelinvalvojalla on oikeus keskeyttää peli, mikäli ette noudata pelin sääntöjä. Pidätämme itsellämme oikeuden vaatia korvausta tilojen, esineiden ja laitteiden tahallisesta vahingoittamisesta tai voiman käytön seurauksena aiheutuneista vahingoista.
Pelinvalvojalla on oikeus olla päästämättä pelihuoneeseen päihtyneitä henkilöitä, tässä tapauksessa maksaa asiakas pelistä silti täyden hinnan.

Changing or cancelling the reservation
Cancel the game at least 24 before the game (if only one game booked). In a case of 2-4 booked games, time limit is 7 days, in a case of 5-7 booked games, time limit is 14 days.
If cancellation is done late or in a case of ”no show” – a fee of 100€/game is charged.
One game fits 2-6 players (Terminal X 2-10 players), you don’t have to inform us if the amount changes if you have only one game booked.
Disobeying of rules
Game masters have the right to stop the game if players don’t follow the rules.
In case of deliberately damaging or using too much force to damage the interior or the props, the players are liable to compensate for the repair of the damage. The game master is entitled to stop the game if the players are not obeying the rules.
The game master has the right to prevent intoxicated players to enter the game, in this case, the players still have to pay for the booked game.
